PACKAGING & IMPACT-RESISTANT PACKAGING
We design and produce impact-resistant packaging made from cellular and foam plastics. Our equipment allows for efficient production of both short and long runs. We manufacture both die-cut boxes and slit boxes, with or without printing, and have a large number of stock boxes in our standard range. [Contact us for a product catalog]

We also produce impact-resistant and efficient packaging in cellular polyethylene and dissipative materials. We manufacture and sell plywood boxes and bags for transport and storage, and can deliver boxes and bags in standard sizes directly from our warehouse, with or without interiors.

For ESD-sensitive equipment, we design packaging in dissipative materials that are approved according to SP. Molded packaging in polyurethane Instapak® offers low tooling costs and fast delivery. Since we also produce pallets, corrugated boxes, and interiors, we can design complete combination solutions.

CORRUGATED PACKAGING
Manufacturing and design of boxes, interiors, display packaging, etc. We print using digital, offset, and screen printing, depending on quality requirements and quantities. We can handle short production runs using digital cutting technology on our fully automated CAD table from Zund.

We design and manufacture everything from simple slit boxes without printing to advanced display packaging and sign stands with four-color printing. Our production includes screen printing, flexographic printing, and digital printing. In our automatic cutting tables, we can produce complex designs without initial tooling costs.

CONSTRUCTION PRODUCTS
Manufacturing of construction products. We have in-house production of blocking strips, concrete cover mats, profile strips, and much more. Additionally, we manufacture the patented sound insulation Stepisol®, viscoelastic boards, and strips intended for sound-insulating floor underlayments in new construction of, among other things, residential and office buildings, sports halls, nurseries, ventilation and machinery rooms. We also produce impact sound strips, blocking strips, and other products for the construction industry.

LEGO PRODUCTS
Subcontractor of foam and cellular plastic parts for industry. We have a machine park that handles most requests for converting foam and cellular plastic.

HYGIENE & HEALTHCARE PRODUCTS
We produce hygiene products for use in healthcare. Some of our products include Babyren wipes, positioning cushions for healthcare, sponges, special mattresses, etc.

INDUSTRIAL BAGS
Bags in plastic & aluminum. Emballageteknik stocks a large assortment of standard bags in plastic & aluminum. In our Tallinn factory, we manufacture bags according to customer-specific dimensions. We also produce interiors in foam and cellular plastic.
