Step-by-step: How we customise your packaging
Step 1: Needs analysis
It all starts when you contact us because you need help packaging a product. Then we book a meeting where we carefully analyse your needs and map out the solution that suits you best. Feel free to prepare a picture or drawing of your product so that we can see what it looks like.
Step 2: Design proposal and quote
In the next step, we develop a design proposal and an accompanying price image. We will show you the design proposal in a 3D environment, so you can get a clear picture of the final result. If you have STEP files of the product, we can also simulate what the product looks like inside the packaging.
Step 3: Prototype and testing
Once you have approved the design, we will produce sample packs to make sure it works as planned. If necessary, we carry out tests, such as laboratory and pressure tests, to ensure that the packaging meets specific requirements. For dangerous goods, we arrange certificates, and for sea freight, we ensure that the packaging can withstand the stresses of maritime transport.
Step 4: Manufacturing
Once the packaging is finalised and approved, it is registered with a unique article number. This makes it quick and easy for you to order more if needed, without any extra steps. We then start the manufacturing phase to deliver finished packaging as soon as possible.
