How do tick boxes work?

Corrugated trays are a simple and highly effective solution when several products need to be packed in the same box but still kept properly separated. Creating individual compartments reduces the risk of products moving, rubbing against each other or being damaged during transport. This results in cleaner, safer and more organised packing.

The construction consists of discs that are pushed together to form a grid, which makes the cross trays easy to handle and quick to assemble. The material is always chosen according to the size and weight of the product, so we can customise the solution for both lighter products and for larger or heavier components which require a more powerful wave quality.

Cross compartments work equally well for components, small parts and packaged units as for larger products where separation is required. Whatever the need, we tailor the compartmentalisation to fit perfectly in the box and provide the right stability and protection throughout the transport chain.

Starkwell on a pallet - smart, stable and ready to load

Many of our export solutions are based on a pallet with a retractable deck.

  1. A base plate in starkwell is placed on the pallet
  2. The first coffin is put in place
  3. The other side is closed around the product
  4. A lid of starkwell is placed on top
  5. Everything is taped and ready for transport

The pallets are made from approved and processed materials that fulfil the requirements for KD labelling. This type of construction is an affordable alternative to pallet collars and provides a light but very robust export box.

Sweep boxes and U-folds - for really heavy goods

For heavier machine components or bulky industrial products, we offer sweep and U-fold solutions.

  • Swap boxes are made in one piece with grooved slots and are often combined with plywood headboards.
  • U-fold consists of a strong corrugated sheet stapled to the ends and can be supplemented with skids directly on the disc for better handling.

These structures can withstand very high loads and can be almost completely customised to the dimensions and weight of the product.

Choose delivery in plano or assembled

To minimise storage space, we can deliver the parts in plano for assembly at the packing station. If you want everything pre-assembled, we send the boxes ready to use.
