Foam - flexible interiors for lighter products

Foam is a very useful material when lighter products need a soft and pliable support for packaging during transport. It is lightweight, mouldable and provides effective shock absorption, making packing both smooth and safe.

Polyether - soft, lightweight and perfect for simple interiors

Polyether is the foam we use most. The material is soft, flexible and ideal when the product needs to be stabilised without being subjected to heavy pressure. Polyether is mainly used for bottom inserts, spacers, simpler moulded parts and inserts to keep the product still and protect against light shocks and vibrations. It comes in several colours - white, grey, blue, yellow and pink.

Polyester - more dimensionally stable for defined and structured solutions

For interiors that require more structure and stability, we use polyester. The material holds its shape better and is suitable for more advanced, moulded parts where the product needs to be fixed precisely and remain perfectly still throughout the transport flow.

Polyester is often used for products that require clearly defined spaces or where the interior must keep the same shape with repeated packing.

Foam for safe transport in packaging and packing materials

The great strength of foam is its mouldability. It can be customised to hug the contours of the product, provide support around delicate parts or act as a stable base at the bottom or sides. The result is an interior that is easy to pack, holds the product in place and provides secure protection for lighter goods.

Foam as packaging is a flexible and cost-effective solution

Foam works equally well in simple standard boxes as in more customised packaging and containers. Its light weight makes it easy to handle and reduces transport costs, while providing stable and reliable protection where needed. Whether it's a simple bottom liner or a more moulded solution, we adapt the liner to the shape, weight and flow of the product.
